The WARP15 Upper is an innovative AR-15 upper receiver system that combines the receiver and handguard into one lightweight, durable package.

At its core is a precision-machined aluminum trunnion that secures the barrel, front takedown pin, and gas system in perfect alignment. Surrounding the trunnion is a fiber-reinforced nylon clamshell construction, featuring brass overmolded inserts and secured with high-quality 6-32/9-32 hardware. This design delivers strength where it matters while dramatically reducing weight.

Installation and barrel swaps are simple: the trunnion and barrel nut lock the barrel in place while maintaining proper gas tube alignment, and the system can be serviced or reconfigured using only basic hand tools.

Designed from the ground up for modern lightweight builds, the WARP15 pairs seamlessly with the KE Arms KP-15 polymer lower receiver, as seen in the acclaimed What Would Stoner Do (WWSD) project.
